If I could get what I own on the BMW, as a trade in I could drive off with a dream car of mine, and 3,000 less debt! Buuuuut I don’t have a nice family sedan so the wife won’t be happy.... and I’ll lose my roof rack unless I buy another. Still want to go test drive it this weekend
The EP3 isn’t the best looking thing in the world, but it’s cheaper than a clean GSR, and more reasonable than my B swapped 91 Civic dream. Also that bluuuuue

Put a British flag on the roof :p
Fun little cars that will give you no problems. Lucas electronics that actually work :p

I just realized getting what I owe on the e90would mean I spent 2300 (what I’ve paid off so far) to drive it 6 months. Not exactly a good deal...

How about checked roof, mirrors and rally stripes on the hood.
I know you were referring to the Jaaaaag but this is a compromise

Doesn’t sound that bad for used BMW ownership.

EP3 IS LOVE

My neighbor just sold one of those, same color and everything. Great little cars, I’ve always wanted one.

That looks genuinely
cool

that’ll work too, but the flag on the roof is the most important :o)
I was mainly referring to all those mini coopers you see with the
flag on the roof, and since the EP3 was made in England, and the Si is basically a Mini Cooper done right, and the blue is the perfect color for it... ;p

It’s cost me $0.40 /mile to drive me 3 for everything but insurance. That’s really not bad at all.

I like the look of those, and the nifty weird shifter is cool - was always surprised they weren’t more popular. Has anybody driven one? Maybe they drive cr@ppy or something...

Please test drive and report back. I prefer the previous two gens, but I can’t lie, an ep3 would be a hoot

Heck - My wife had one of those and put another 100k miles on it and it still drove like new. But if you like the honda, just buy a ‘07 Si and be just as happy + make your wife happy.

It’s was the fat mouse styling thatnhurt them more than anything.

I totally forgot they were built in the UK

I really dislike the 05 and up Civics. I sat in a 12 Si before I bought my 328 but the long ass swept back pillar made me feel like I was in a cave

Oh you are absolutely not helping right now!
I just recently found one of these for sale locally for less than $3000 and it is killing me
. Bone stock never been modded at all, and the same color too. Granted it has waaaaay more miles on it. But I can’t stop thinking about it.
My main concern is that the seller seems a bit nuts...

I would highly recommend you but that, unless it’s rusted to hell, but this gen seems pretty rust resistant

Cars don’t usually get too rusty around here. I mean I have a 30 year old truck and it only has one small rust hole on the body and surface rust on the frame.

Fair enough. Though having owned both a ‘02 and ‘07 Si, there is not that much difference. How about a TSX then?

I’d just stick with my 328, same idea just more cylinders and AWD
